The Celebration of Life for President Dee’s mother, Georgie Bruno from unit 148, will be held Sunday May 19, 2024 from 2 to 4 pm at Riverview Post 148. President Dee has requested that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to her Special Project, the Auxiliary Disaster Relief Fund.
Please keep the family of our Department Historian, Dara Oliver, in your thoughts and prayers. Dara’s dad passed away over the weekend. Cards can be sent to Dara at her address which is listed in the unit guide.

Regarding your ALAMIS Access:
Some members currently may be experiencing “security limitations” when attempting to log onto ALAMIS. This is because National is in the process of reinstating and upgrading the status of each ALAMIS User. Members that are upgrading their Access level are being removed from ALAMIS, then they will be immediately added back to ALAMIS with their upgraded access type.
Please give National some time to make sure ALL changes completed. In the meantime, any membership can be sent to Dept to be processed.

Our hearts and prayers go out to all our Legion Family affected by Hurricane Ian. Your Department Leadership is organizing support efforts and will continue to do so. We cannot fight against nature, but we can always fight against the circumstances that surround us.
