Unit Registration

Use this form if your unit is going to pre-register for Department Convention. Registration fee is $10.00 per Delegate, Alternate, Guest and PDP/Department Officers. There is no fee for Juniors, however, they must still be registered. The Unit will only be able to pre-register for Department Convention if they are in good standing. If the Unit is not in good standing, email membership@alafl.org AND treasurer@alafl.org for more information. Once a Unit is pre-registered, they will not need to register again. ALL UNITS STILL MUST COME TO REGISTRATION TO PICK UP ALL ITEMS.

PRE-REGISTRATION FORM

Use the form below to register your unit for Department Convention. PLEASE READ THE NOTES BELOW THE FIELDS. This form will tell you the MAX AMOUNT OF DELEGATES your unit is allowed. You must change the number in the box to the number you are registering - and must not exceed the number given for your unit.

Delegate Max(Required)

This is the MAX number of delegates you can register. YOU MUST CHANGE THE NUMBER TO THE AMOUNT YOU ARE REGISTERING. For example, if a unit has a max of 20 delegates the number 20 will be shown in the field, but if you are only registering 10 - you will change that number to 10.
